Is vendor registration still open?

No. All vendor booth spaces for the 2026 Holiday Traditions Craft Fair have been filled, and registration is now closed.

What types of crafts are accepted?

We welcome all handmade items including jewelry, pottery, woodwork, textiles, art, home decor, candles, soaps, and more.

When can I set up for the craft fair?

Setup will be available on Friday, October 23 at 6:00 PM and Saturday, October 24 at 7:00 AM. The fair runs 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Breakdown begins at 4:00 PM. All vendors must be cleared out by 6:00 PM.

Is electricity available?

Electricity may be available. Please indicate on your application if you need electrical access.

What is your refund policy?

Amounts paid are refundable when cancellation notice is received at least 48 hours before the show begins. For the October 24 show at 9:00 AM, notice must be received by 9:00 AM on October 22, 2026.

When is my booth confirmed, and when is payment due?

A booth is confirmed only after at least half of the $25 vendor fee ($12.50) has been paid. The remaining balance may be paid on the day of the show.

Is there parking available?

Yes, free parking is available at Community Square Park for both vendors and shoppers.

Will food be available?

Yes! Food trucks will be available on-site during the craft fair.
