Booth Options & Pricing
Booth Space — You Provide the Table
$25
- 8' x 8' space
- Chairs included
- Setup begins Friday, October 23 at 6:00 PM
- $12.50 minimum deposit confirms your spot
- Remaining balance may be paid on show day
Table Rental
$5 each
- Available with a booth reservation
- Choose the number of tables when registering
- We provide the requested tables
- Chairs are included with the booth

What's Included
- Friday setup begins at 6:00 PM; Saturday setup begins at 7:00 AM
- Security during event hours
Payment & Refund Policy
Vendors must pay at least half of their selected total before their space is confirmed. Booth space is $25, and optional table rentals are $5 per table. The remaining balance may be paid on the day of the show. Amounts paid are refundable when cancellation notice is received at least 48 hours before the show begins.
